😱😢 No! I gained weight, I had to slow down because my Elliptical Machine went haywire. My husband found out the belt is stripping. For now he put it back together temporarily so I could get back into my routine. It makes a lot of noise which it’s frustrating and the gears sifts making the workout a little harder. After two weeks of not being able to do cardio I gained weight, even though I worked out lightly freestyle, due to injured Ankles, backaches and body aches.
69,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,8 kg.    Sisa: 12,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
