Pleased to see this drop as I was not dieting or exercising at the start of the week (due to feeling sorry for myself at how long this is taking, nothing like a bit of self-sabotage!) When will I learn that the only way to do this is the hard way and I just need to keep at it? Here’s hoping I’ve learnt now!!
