Day 2 of 5:2 diet. I think I will make this another fast day since tomorrow work has a luncheon. Not feeling bad today. Woke up not hungry:) I got on the scale just to see and had dropped 3.5 pounds (I know this is water weight). Had some coffee with creamer since I'm not going to completely deprive myself. Tired, but I didn't go to sleep until 12:30. Going to try to go as long as possible without breaking the fast. May just snack on some strawberries at lunch or eat a greek yogurt.
