Slowly it’s coming off❣️. Just have to continue counting my calories and exercise. I have been working hard, pushing myself even though I live in constant pain. Some days it’s bearable other days not so. The worst is working out and falling asleep because I am always very exhausted 😩 due to my autoimmune disease. I am happy to see some progress again even though it’s slower than before my surgery which set me back.
