Holidays... are somehow days for us to pig out. I have to eat leaner. No snacks are allowed... that means no chocolate. I figured out that I couldn't live without grain and fruits. I would feel fatigue and my concentration would detoriate. Afterall, bread has always been the food that kick start my day for approximately 5 years. I am still growing, so I shouldn't restrict too much carbs in my diet. Healthy eating is the way to beauty =)
I need a better sleeping habit as well.
