Ok, yesterday I ate a breakfast sandwich made of 2 oz of black forest ham, two slices of weight watchers wheat bread, 2% slice of cheddar cheese, 1 serving of eggbeaters and a bit of healthy butter spread. I had a banana with that. For lunch I had 4 drummies and a venti ice coffee from starbucks. My snack was 1 serving of penne pasta with broccoli, 1 serving of turkey meatloaf. For dinner I had a salad and two fish filets. I woke this morning and manage to be 2lbs lower.
