its been months and months since I have checked in I have been so busy with work and I am back in school as well! But I am still going strong I am not too worried about the pounds cause the inches are what have been changing for me. I was off the wagon for a while but got back on and only gained about 8 pounds which I lost plus 2 more so I am happy life is good each day has its challenges but nothing is impossible with God on my side! So to all my fat secret friends I hope you continue to have faith hope and confidence in what you are doing to change your life for the better!
