Told ya,! Ha....so, I have been looking at portion size and ingredients that I put into my food...also exercising. Need to push harder..really I haven't been pushing at all. I have hurt my knees and normally that would be the end all...I'd sit around and mope and forgive myself for not exercising because I'm injured...but nooooo, yesterday I decided if I can't do lower body I certainly can do upper. And if I can't do left I can do right until left heals. In the new me, there is no room for excuses. So there Mr. Fat, I am done with our relationship.
