bro haider im very skinny i eat milkshakes and rice and chapatis but i cant get to my required calories how to gain my 3000! calorie target and what you eat to gain weight?

i did not have the experience in gaining but i know few things first is if you want to gain you need to eat atleast 6 meals a day .. and 2ndly if you want to gain weight in athletic way you need to consume more proteins and less fat and weight lifting workouts ..

in diet i would recommend 6,7 whole wheat roti's extra large size or 200 grams per roti in your meals.. in chicken use chicken breasts and chicken gizzards or chicken liver (chicken gizzards rich in proteins and contains less fat) also use other meat dishes .. add chickpeas or gram flour .. eggs , milk, and yogurt are also perfect .. punch line is combine these and take 3500 to 4000 calories if you are doing 1 hour weight lifting other wise 3000 calories would be more then enough to gain ..
