well helping friends move must be good for the diet! lol managed to stay on plan and lost a pound! guess it was good exersize!
85,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 16,7 kg.    Sisa: 17,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

well it looks good but i am only back where i started from its not really a loss... but it is very motivating!

Enjoy the honeymoon, or whatever it is, while you can. And, yes, moving is excellent exercise and I'm sure your friends appreciated it. Hope you didn't get too many bruises.

Moving is definately good exercise. I'm glad someone made it through the weekend. lol! Weekends are kicking my butt right now. Thanks for the encouragement. You are doing great!
