Wow 🤩, I finally lost some weight! Yay 😁. I am so excited. Definitely got to avoid eating a lot of sweets 🍫 🍭 and extra carbs. The workouts paid off. Lost 8lbs, how wonderful. Controlling portion staying at 500 cal. & below, especially at night.
