Thank you, Bubblegum. I just know I have been down this road many times before at this time over the last 4 or 5 years, and it always seems to go pear-shaped come March where I start putting the weight back on again. And then for the rest of the year its ups and downs until come December I am more or less at the same weight as the previous December.
So on this occasion I have reduced my RDI from 1960 to 1800, and see what happens.
