Bored with my videos, so I thought I'd do the treadmill this morning. Plus, I hurt my left shoulder, somehow, yesterday. Probably during my kettlebell workout....though I'm not sure.


TODAY'S WORKOUT
Morning::

1.) Treadmill (Burned: 257 calories / 80.3 fat cals) for 26 minutes. (Treadmill shut off on me again. I think it's because it's old and when I workout on higher/faster levels, it overheats. I'm always afraid I'm going to fall on my face every time it shuts off on me like that. Ugh.)
2.) 5 Minute Arm Workout (video) using 5lb. weights
3.) 5 Minute Butt & Thighs Workout (video)
Evening:
1.) Treadmill (Burned: 270 calories/ 84.6 fat cals) for 30 minutes. (Did not shut off on me. Probably because it wasn't as high intensity.)

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Coco-Choco Visalus Shake + 2 tiny bites of fried rice (made it for my kids and needed to taste for flavoring/spice)
Lunch: Leftover Chicken (simple fried...3)
Dinner: Chinese Buffet (no rice; no noodles)....fish, veggies, crab, shrimp & zucchini, cheese wontons, 2 sesame balls. (This is probably going to screw me over too, even though I didn't have rice or noodles. Ugh!)
