I wouldn't recommend keto, dont cut out entire food groups it's not sustainable.. Also, this initial weight-loss from keto is NOT fat loss.. If you suddenly plateau, I hope you have a backup plan

Keto is just making you feel it's easier to be in a calorie deficit, and that's what's making you thin 💁🏻‍♂️ there's no magic food, diet, training style, HR range or anything that will "burn fat" more. I did keto for years and I have extreme willpower, perhaps you feel it's the best option for month - but for 6? For a year? 3 years? 10 years? Are you willing to avoid carbs and sugars forever (Birthdays, Christmas, work events).. It's up to you 🙂 but Im just recommending to learn a balanced, sustainable way of eating sooner rather than later 😉
