after a long bad spill and open heart surgery to replace a bad value inherited from my mom I am on the road bad to getting this weight off again. during the bad spill there was way to much stress and began eating again 2 deaths of very close friends and my sister. my emotional dog pasted and due to my hubbys health I had to bury him. very hard thing for me to do.With the new value I want a brand new start with everything. I am going to make it this time!!

ty u everyone for ur support I am still on the uphill battle the day after Thanksgiving my hubby passing in our home and it has been a real struggle most days just don't want to eat but I am a diabetic and then look at food nothing looks good so just snack on what ever I am going to get this right yet try but seem to keep failing. I have to do this for me but now being by my self u would think it would come easier but don't. I will find my way back hopefully soon.
