So funny that at the beginning of 2013 I was 187lbs and set out to lose 30. Now I have lost weight and I am almost back down to 187, 6 years later. It’s cold to see my weight over the years and know that it looks like my bodies happy place is between 175 and 185. Should I learn to be happy with that? It’s a lot of work to keep it at a lower weight. I have been running and staying away from sugar and carbs and it feels a lot better than When I am on a donut binge. I guess I will do what makes me feel healthy and see where that leads me.
