This is my official weigh in weight from my monthly doctor appointment. I'm thrilled to lose more weight. I'm 5 pounds from my goal. I'm doing exercises to strengthen my core muscles (abs and gluts). Physical therapy has helped me identify some poor body mechanics. I've been doing well with the food by staying away from all the goodies. I just walk away from it. There is too much temptation if I stick around where all the food is. I've been asked at least once why I'm being unsocial and I explained that I was on a diet and needed to "run away" from the temptation. The person accepted my answer and didn't ask anymore questions. My next dietician appointment is on 1/11/13.
