Yay to that scale going down. You'll be able to get up early when you want. I'm in that phase when it's really hard at first to get up earlier. But I know from the past that once you do it for a couple weeks it gets much easier. I always found that if I did it Monday am, the rest of the week wasn't so hard.

yea, hopefully if i get clearance on thursday/friday at the doctors then i can start on the weekend which may make monday morning a little easier
