Lost some weight but I am feeling impatient and what is my problem? I need to just think nice and slow and the other important thing is to just go to the gym. My big problem is that I don't want to go to the gym and I know it is the best answer. Also, if I am at home I tend to eat too much and be lazy. I have to make sure I hit those weights. I am not really worried about being big and buff just get my conditioning down and lift weights to get in better condition. I have a tendency after being on the treadmill for an hour to just want to skip the weight training and I feel that is a mistake.
