Ya know....just when I think I know what's going on....things change! lol!

I had 2 free days this weekend and I think my body is still using the water it needed from SUNDAY FUN DAY! That included french toast, nutty bars, chocolate...u name it! lol!

Monday and Tuesday were perfect though...my net calories (eaten minus burned) was like 300. I did Yoga for and hour and a half and I ran 5.5mph/walked at 10% incline for 30 minutes. I'm assuming tomorrow should be back to 122.2 and Friday 121.2 but with all this muscle gain...who knows. DAMN my butt is hard though from all the yoga! I'm liking that. Actually, I am ok with every aspect except seeing my lower set of abs...can see the 4 pack but still not the 6. Maybe at this stage I need to go to the macronutrient percentages instd of just the calories. I'll give it another week before I make any changes though. If I can get down to 119 without losing muscle...I'll just maintain and up the calories a bit.

Just a note....being a woman with hormone flucutaions is a real BITCH when trying to figure out what works for your body. I know I only have 1.5 more weeks until my body goes crazy with water and all progress or learning goes out the window with my moods for awhile. Isn't that just BULLSHIT! lol!
