YES. So happy that I am still at 106. I realize this morning that I really do feel better when I wake up if I don't eat right before I go to bed, which I have been doing a lot lately. So I am going to try to continue leaving myself a good amount of time before going to bed when I eat.
48,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,3 kg.    Sisa: 0,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

FABULOUS discovery. Your body tends to just convert late night eating right to fat anyway...especially carbs. Look at you learning the right things all on your own. I had to read about it....years ago...but still. GOOD JOB WOMAN...keep it up!! Jasmine
