It's comforting to watch the scale keep dropping a little bit each week. I didn't meet my calorie burn goal each day so I was worried about what the results would be. Next half marathon isn't until August 8th so that gives me time to drop some more of this weight and train harder to do better. I'm going to try and spend more time outside with the girls and burn calories.
