I have been between 155 and 152 for 8 weeks now! What is going on?!? I started Atkin's to get off this plateau...
69,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0,7 kg.    Sisa: 8,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.

Sometimes your body needs change to get the weight loss going again. But keep in mind - as your body weight changes, your caloric intake requirement to lose weight changes too - it gets lower! It's not only about carbs (been there done that...) but about calories in/calories burned. to lose weight just figure out your daily caloric intake using the food diary. figure in your bodys caloric needs to function - figure in, each pound of fat is 3500 calories. take your daily requirements and multiply that times 7 - then subtract 3500 to lose 1 lb a week - divide that number by 7 and that is your daily requirement.
