The pms monster took over yesterday afternoon, and I had a huge order of French fries with ketchup and mayonnaise, and I still lost weight over night. After doing this for a couple years, I swear sometimes your body needs a good cheat food/meal to let go of a little weight so long as you've been eating in a deficit up until then.
