I lost another pound this week, but more importantly I can actually see changes happening almost day to day. Everything I wear is feeling more loose and I am get leaner and leaner. It's very cool. I think it is attributed to eating low carb pre-4pm then restoring glycogen with bigger meals at night.
I am excited for my Spike Days on Friday and Saturday, and then Sunday I hit the gym and go back to eating clean.
I feel I have 100% control over my body right now, and my body does what I want it to do.
