Last week I've been so seek! I couldn't get out of bed and I had to stay i the hospital for 2 days! but i am much better now!

Wow! Sorry you were so sick but am glad you're better now. Congratulations on getting so close to your goal. It's time for me to get going on my plan again after kind of a summer without paying much attention to what I was eating...basically I just ate a lot of ice cream when my kids did on our family trip!
