I did drop some weight and this is wonderful. I went to the gym last night and was a little upset and depressed but I was on the treadmill for 50 minutes and that really helped to kick start the old body and soon I will be below the 190 mark and that is wonderful. I am going to try to run at least once per day for 50 minutes.
