I honestly didn't think I would lose any weight, and my worst fear was that I actually gained some! The husband came home early for Memorial Day weekend, and although I did my best to stay on track food wise, I did not hit the gym like I usually did. Still, a pound lost was more than I could ask for!
87,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,9 kg.    Sisa: 26,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Woohoo on the pound...sometimes you have to take a break from the usual routine and boom...there goes a pound. And congrats on the hubby coming home...my honey is in Afghanistan for a year :( He will be home on midtour in Sept....CANNOT wait :)
