Yes I did lose a pound and that is great. I have about 3 pounds to go to get below 190 and then it is on to 170 pounds and then to 150. Joined Anytime Fitness and it is a nice gym close to the house. It is .8 miles from my house so if I walk job there I can get some aerobics in and that is wonderful and then some weight lifting. I have to tone and trim this old body and that is a good thing.
87,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 18,7 kg.    Sisa: 19,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
