Every time I eat red meat or fowl, my joint pain increases. Likewise, when I eat a lot of soy, I don't feel very well. If I try to live on fresh fruit and vegetables, I feel tired. I really don't know what to do. The joint pain is much less if I don't eat flesh foods; in fact, it goes away. Same for the DePuytren's Contractures in my right hand. When I eat fish, I don't seem to have a problem, except that I feel sad for the death of the fish.

Really don't know what to do. Vegetables, fruits and nuts are the only foods that don't give me problems with indigestion, inflammation and conscience.

Lalala... I feel like a fool, not being able to solve my own little problems and having so many pounds of evidence in plain sight.

I am no expert at all but these symptoms remind me of my mother's description of "gout."
