hope everyone is having a wonderful sunny Sunday! if you haven't yet set goals for yourself you're already behind ;) and as always and fitness/nutrition questions you have I'd be happy to give some insight x stay strong friends

I had goals and I struggled to reach them which stressed me out....so I stress ate! so I ditched the goals and just try to lose as much as i can and enjoy feeling my clothes getting looser instead of thinking its not enough. although I do still feel like im not dropping fast enough Im still not stressing so much and I think Im doing better than when I was setting goals for myself. So for me goals dont work. But they do help others.

No fair enough this isn't a accurate science, what works for someone else isn't necessarily going to work for you...I'm glad you have some sort of measurement that you try to achieve...the reason I say set goals is cause it's easier to know where you went wrong or what you didn't do to get to those goals...

But of course as I said...everyone is different :) just keep on the positive side and live your best life in the healthiest way possible :)
