The weekends are the hardest for me for sure! I didn't record what I ate all day yesterday and while I didn't do terrible, I am pretty sure that I did go over my points again. Today I have a plan...I am cooking brunch after church and going for some healthy vegetable beef stew. Have a great day!

Had a pretty good day today...while I was on my way to the gym after work I was talking to my sister on the phone and discovered that my workout buddy (my dad) was not going to be at the gym today because he was going with my sister to buy a new car...so ya...I had to work really hard at talking myself into going to the gym today, but I did...yay me! Then my son and I went out to dinner to celebrate my sisters new car. Why on earth does every celebration have to revolve around food? Anyway...I had way too many chips and I am sure I went over my points with that meal although the first part of the day wasn't too bad so maybe not...I am proud of myself for still going to the gym for almost an hour even though my dad didn't go. For that I am giving myself a pat on the back! ; )

I have not been on this website in a very long time...since then I actually joined weight watchers and was using the online tools, but have since had to cancel so now I am back here for support and accountability. I am down in weight since the last time I was on here, but still very far from my goal weight.

I have been struggling with eating healthy the last couple of days...did 3 days wheat free and felt worse than ever...not sure what that is about, but I'm sick on top of it...horrible headache and fever...had a major case of the munchies the last couple of days too. Blah!
