Ok so I havent had much time to log everything I eat but it's not good!! :/
I have been eating cake (it was left over birthday cake...the good kind!) And then there is left over easter chocolate!....with the added bonus of being in america with jumbo sized everything!
UGrhhh! BUT!!!....on the up side....I have been working out super hard!
Today I went to the gym, Spin class followed by 20min on cross trainer THEN 30min on treadmill. Then I walked the 30minutes home. I WAS SOOOO TIRED!!! But I HAD TO! I had a carb filled day and....may have had corn chips topped with cheese and salsa FOR LUNCH...oh and a mini cupcake! Yea I know NOT DIET FOOD AT ALL! But I pushed myself hard core at the gym. So Im trying to chill out more and still work out and make better food choices.
I still havent eaten meat products, so on the good point is that I have followed my blood type diet.
I need to focus my mind on the goal. I did at the gym...closing my eyes and picturing a hotter thinner me!...makes me go harder and faster on the ol'treadmil....anyone else do that or am I totally alone and crazy??

I fell WAYYYY OFFF the wagon today...eat probably about THREE THOUSAND CALORIES!!!!!!!!!....I think!..I know its way abouve my 1300 per day I normally have!
I went to PF changs and then had coldstone afterwards!
THIS IS A RESULY OF AMERICAN MALLS!...I'd never normally eat when I go out shopping but they had a great deal on and I/we couldnt resist! Also TOM is in town so I've been on a food hunt recently too. A lethal combination!
Im going to go to the gym...I hope to do 2hours cardio and really eat well for the next few days. Its waya outta hand...I've had fun eating n all but Im now feeling really sick and guilty :(

I realized this morning that I really do emotionally eat. When Im unhappy....I eat what ever I can in that moment. Then when the 'bad news' settles I stop eating all together.
I had some bad news today and just made a peanut butter n jelly sandwich and mini cheddar bites. I drank a mint tea and settled down. I have such a BIG OPTION of food here...I am literally having to keep myself occupied. It also helps to journal here...I can go through how I feel and bring to life what I am doing. I normally eat then forget about it...push it to the back of my mind...and pretend that I didnt just do that.
THIS IS REAL!...I know what I am doing and Im trying to control my cravings!

Ok so Im finding the American style food SOOO TEMPTING! Everything is so good! And even vegetables are made unhealthy! I went out to eat and ordered prawns and 'roasted vegetables'. The veg was covered in OIL! Not something that I would normally see. I felt guilty eating it! BUT I DID ANYWAY! Food is double the size and double the flavour! Im really loving it deep down...but feeling the guilt.
I went to the gym this morning and worked out HARD! Just over an hour cardio and some stretching and rowing machine for some extra BANG! So im not feeling too bad now. I may not loose weight but I definitely dont want to gain any weight! Im just trying to enjoy myself and exercise some self control!
I wanna know how all you american fatsecret members do it! American food is SO TASTEY!!! :O
