Well today went well, ate avocado and cantaloupe for breakfast/lunch and snacked on boiled eggs. Still having a hard time taking the step from coke to coke Zero (and eventually to no soda), although diet ginger ale is a life saver as it tastes the same to me as normal ginger ale. Enjoyed chickfila tonight for one of the last times in a long time because I'm not officially "dieting" until Monday. But I figured I'd still transition into healthy eating until then for 90% of meals. Still nervous for Monday, mostly because most of my eating out is sushi and I haven't found a healthy replacement for it. We'll see!

So. My favorite food EVER is sushi. And I want to continue to enjoy it. However, its loaded with carbs and calories. I've tried sushi made with things other than rice (cucumber) and...well, I hated it. Any suggestions to allow me to enjoy my favorite food without blowing my diet? Thanks!!
