A conference, a carnival, a graduation and a red light, all adds up to WEIGHT GAIN!!! But not upset at all because a challenge has begun..
My weight loss plan....
Run 5 days a week( 3-10 miles)
Cut out ribs (my favorite bbq item)
No wine until back to 149
Lots of fruits and veggie
Lots of water
Enough carbs only for running
Time frame... 28 days (before next red light)

trying to maintain... cold weather has limit my outdoor activities and I am not too happy about that. Trying to make treadmill my friend (but failing at that) My goal for Feb is to do 10 burpees without dying... Running a half April 7th and my goal is to run between 143-145 lbs... not gonna but a goal time yet... gonna wait until March 9th to see how well my training is going.. Whew... Life!
