Bloated and crampy. Flo is visiting this week so I shouldn't be surprised of the weight gain. I went to the gym for the first time in forever and loved it! I love strength training! Can't wait to go again!

Yay! Not as big a drop but I did have 2 days this week that were a bit over my daily calories. Still haven't started exercising yet. I've lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks and it's just from portion control! I'm thrilled! I think I'll start off with one or two days a week to build the habit of working out either before work or after. Slow and steady! I can do this! I AM doing this!

Woot! Either my mother's bathroom scale was off or I really did lose 6 lbs in a week! I'm eating around 1500, sometimes I do go a little over (100 cal or so) but I haven't been stressing about it. I don't want to have to eat more, I haven't even started exercising yet!

Woo hoo! 1448 cals in one day! I have to admit though that I was hungry all day 😑 So now I'll be looking at foods that will help me feel full longer because I was going to chew someone's arm off 2 hours after that bowl of cheerios for breakfast and that would be bad. I have also discovered that I will not compromise on my morning coffee! I'll make it the way I like it and I'm sure my hubby will appreciate a much less grumpy morning tomorrow 😁
