So this is what happened ~
I had an emotional breakdown before thanksgiving and for thanksgiving ,
I traveled to another city to visit my family ~

my mom took me to really nice restaurants(thank you mom ! ( ˊ°◡°ˋ ) I love you) , so I had really really good food ~
and somehow I started to feel sick in my stomach( side effect of eating too good ( ´•̥̥̥ω•̥̥̥` )♡) , I had a stomach flu ..upset stomach+ diarrea , so basically I was unable to eat anything except liquid food.
When I got home after my thanksgiving trip my stomach flu stopped and I was able to eat again.
Yesterday I went to whole foods for lunch , got a plate of a mixture of everything, meat , starch , fruit , veggie ~
and right after the lunch I started to feel sleepy again , but I know i can't just sit there after I eat , so I walked around in a store and my stomach feels less bloated! ♪ヽ(◕ฺ∀ ◕✿ฺ 三 ✿◕ฺ ∀◕ฺ)ノ♪

For today I ate in a restaurant and I had a nice plate of duck leg confit, pricy yes ( $15) but it doesn't really matter I'm just happy that I no longer have a stomach flu~

I started from 185lbs now I'm 168lbs , and it's not just water weight , I used to be a size 14, now I'm a size 10 ! I feel more confident about myself , I'm really happy about my result. When I try on cloth , I feel really really good about myself ! I started to wear tighter cloth , I used to only buy really loose shirts to try to cover up my fat , but now I prefer to buy tighter cloth that actually fits my shapeʅ(´◔౪◔)ʃ.

anyways ~ happy belated thanksgiving to all the good people on fat secret ,

So I do feel the change on my body ~
My face is smaller , my legs are thinner ! but omg I need to change my diet !
Yes I dropped 2 pounds but that 2 pounds could be just water weight :(
I went to the bathroom this morning and then weight myself ~ and I am still feeling guilty of last night's
seaweed soup!

I guess eating at whole foods is not enough ...
whole foods has been serving some really greasy food and I ate those yesterday~
I need to say no to starch

I think for today I'll go to whole foods and just get a plate of meat+veggie, buy some fruit from sprouts to eat after workout .

I read online that if you eat within 30 minutes after workout , you won't gain weight. Even though fruit has sugar in it , I guess it'll be okay ?

It's like my baby steps to my ultimate diet plan
1. no eat dinner(YES)
2. no drink soft drinks that contains calories ( YES)
2. no eat starch (NOT YET )
3. eat 1 fruit a day only (NOT YET)
4. no eat food cooked with oil ( NOT YET )
5. eat 5 meals a day, small portion only , under 1500 calories total ( NOT YET )

eventually I should be eating 5 meals a day to keep my metabolism high , and eating water boiled or steamed veggie+meat only + some fruit , drinking water only , no beverages , total calorie intake a day should be 1500 calories.

So today I went to whole foods and got myself a plate of food~
a combination of chicken + salad+ pasta + fruit.

tonight I got really hungry so I cooked some seaweed soup
( my roommate was kind enough to give me some seaweed + chicken meat ,
because I cleared all the food from my fridge )

Don't think seaweed soup will make me fat , but eating at night is just a bad habit :(
I been getting some criticisms here and there because I guess people think my way of dieting is pretty extreme, and
I don't mind getting criticisms , in the end I'm the one whose loosing weight , and I am happy about my weight loss.

I'm not here to be all positive and nice and healthy . I do try to eat healthy now knowing that my way of dieting may lead to kidney failure and heart failure , but I'm not gonna be like a big pro-healthy diet professional. :D

Admit it , if we all were really healthy in the beginning ? If we all were able to have self control in our diet ,
why are we having trouble loosing weight now? Truth hurts , but why live in a bunch of lies? We can't lie to
ourselves all day. You can eat a lot and feel comfortable and think you'll still loose weight as long as you exercise? That is not gonna happen , We all know that.

I'm going to the gym tomorrow to do some swimming , because the water is too cold in our outdoor swimming pool.
My metabolism is slowing down even though I'm loosing 1 pound a day ( mainly because I only eat 1 meal a day , 1000 calories and less ) coffee doesn't help me anymore , I need to exercise to speed up my metabolism.

My goal is to loose 2 pounds a day and have a really really fast metabolism.

good night . I apologize if my journal makes anyone feel uncomfortable, but let's work harder to achieve our goal. I think suffer for a short time is better than suffer for a long time. If I can achieve my goal in 6 month why suffer for a year just to loose a few pounds?

I just found the best way of loosing weight without eating the shit I don't like to eat~
So i been trying to eat a really healthy meal everyday but It's just really hard!

So please listen carefully
if this method helps me , this method will help you
I will make it bold so it's easy to read

THE ULTIMATE DIET METHOD THAT IS ACTUALLY WORKING AND IS LESS PAINFUL
1. clean your fridge
2. take out all food in your fridge
3. put them in the garbage can
4. put some water in your fridge
5. when you go out to eat , bring only $10~$15/ day
(no credit cards , no debit cards , so you won't eat a lot in the restaurant )
6. It's okay to eat outside , if you go to healthy place like salad bar and whole food.
7. Or if you are like me who goes to the coffee shop a lot , just bring your coffee shop gift card ( no credit cards, no debit cards)


I been doing this and not really watch what I eat, I eat anything ~ If I want something I go eat ...and I feel happy !
The trick is when you go home , you have nothing to cook , nothing to eat , so late at night , you won't be able to cook anything~ so basically everyday I just eat that $10 , and I can't eat anymore because I have no money left in my wallet,
and even when I go home I have nothing to eat~

I re-edit my journal because some of you told me that energy drink and 0 calorie beverages may lead to heart failure and I didn't know that before. Now that I know I will throw those drinks to the garbage can ( health is more important than diet )So I been eating pasta , fried chicken wing and other stuff which is unhealthy , I was loosing weight because I only eat 1 meal a day and portion size was small so ....but I think I'll switch to whole food and just eat at whole food from now on .... as for cooking at home , I won't do that , I know that's healthier but this is the only way I can control myself so I'm not gonna cook at home at all .
