I can't believe how much weight I've lost. Not being that good actually. I must have been eating a ton of calories.

Good news is my knee is holding up to exercise. I've increased my time from 20 to 30 minutes. Now that I'm on the mend my biggest challenge is to not overdo it and have a set back. My goal is to eventually work up to 2 hours of exercise per day. TG for swimming!
