I lost 2lbs since yesterday. That tends to happen the first workout day of the week. I am trying to snack on fruits and vegetables more. I find that I am getting hungrier for lunch an hour earlier than ususal. I munch on carrots until then, which makes me CRABBY. Solutions: bring more snacks and eat more often.

Today is day one. I couldn't get my RDI where I wanted it. 2700 calories a day is WAY more than I normally eat. The website is definitely better than the phone app. I am looking forward to getting some motivation to work out more than 4 times a week and stop eating dessert at bedtime.
