Feeling down today, stepped on the scales last night and it was more than last week :(
I was on track up until Wednesday and was still losing and then last night it seemed to have gone backwards.
I know I had a bad day yesterday but surely I can't have put on 2lbs from a couple of biscuits!!!!! Maybe it's that I started introducing a bit of carbs in the evening, or not having porridge....
I have the weigh in at work today so I guess I'll truely find out then :(

Well ended up being flat vs last week.... better than expected seeing as my home scales said I had gained!
Here's to another week! A little bit nervous seeing as I will be out of the office 3 days so I am not sure what to do without the gym! It's been non stop rain and I won't finish until late so running isn't really an option.
I might try and swim one evening and I could even drive to the gym if I feel like I need too.
Here's to a good weekend!

Weigh in at work tomorrow.....
Had a TERRIBLE day today! I visited a supplier and they had the biscuits all laid out and I couldn't resist, before I'd even thought about it I had tucked in and had like 4biscuits and 3 mini bites :( What was I thinking?!
And I had half a bagel that I didn't really need, and a chorizo and semi dried tomato sandwich.
I feel so disappointed in my self! Fingers crossed for tomorrow in spite of an awful day.....

Session #2 with the personal trainer. Didn't feel as dead as last time but I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing?
I felt so hungry yesterday! Not sure why because nothing's changed, I was super busy at work so maybe the extra concentration burned extra calories (wishful thinking). I need to get some porridge asap, I think that will help with the morning.
Still sticking to my 2 cups of green tea, I am LOVING it. I don't know why I thought it would be disgusting!

Going well so far. Still trying to follow the advice I was given by the personal trainer.
I haven't had porridge this week yet - I need to buy my own! I don't quite trust the canteen porridge - maybe they make it with cream of full fat milk.
I worked hard at the gym this morning, I forgot my gym kit yesterday which was upsetting. Got my personal trainer session tomorrow which I am semi-looking forward to (not looking forward to the pain after!) I'd love to be on -2 this week!
