14 lbs in two months. I'm happy :)This is the first time I've weighed myself in two months. The reward of not weighing for a while then seeing a drop more than a couple of lbs is fantastic! It's a great feeling knowing what I'm doing is working.

I had a very unusual feeling day today. I kept forgetting stuff (more than normal) and felt kind of in a mental fog. My calories were lower than normal yesterday, I don't know if that was it or not. Today is day 5, but the first two days carbs were around 25 - 30 and I've lowered them within the last couple of days.
I just ate lunch and feel a little better. . . will keep this monitored and see how it goes. Not turning back though!

I didn't realize how my sweet & low in my morning coffee added up to so many carbs. I went without it this morning and just added some heavy cream to my coffee, it will take some getting used to, but I am more than willing to make the change. I've tried coconut oil in my coffee in the past and it was ok, may get back into that again.
No eating today until lunch. I'm ok though, had the no sweet & low coffee this morning, and I'm not hungry at all. I think I'm starting to reap the benefits of low carbing with the lose of hunger.

I haven't weighed since the dreaded 264 at the Dr. office a few weeks back. Funny how it's so hard getting back on track but once you are there it's a lot easier. I think I'm in the right frame of mind to lose again, hopefully for the last time. I know low carb is the most reasonable way of eating for me because of my diabetes and it helps with hunger. I feel much better when I don't eat bad carbs, especially bread and pasta. I have tried eating whole grain bread products, but it didn't help lose any weight. I'm not sure, but I think wheat was the cause of me being bloated and just feeling lousy. Now, I'm trying to kick the grains all together to see who that works.
I'm kicking it up a notch starting tomorrow also and incorporating in IF (16:8)with my meals being low carb. Let's see how this works . . . .

Starting over again today. I haven't weight 264 in a long time. . . .My next Dr. appointment is 2/2, let's see how much I can improve during that time. I'm going back low carb, only way to kick my bread, potato, peanut butter habit.
