well first day back and I think I did pretty good. I need to focus on sugars though...99 carbs too many. 53 too many on protein. Can't remember the day but I don't think I went over by much. I feel excited that I was able to stay away from sugary snacks as the house has them all over. I did have a serving of chips, but even that is way way better than my usual as chips are my down falls along with donuts, but I didn't have any donuts either today!! :) So all in all I feel victory for today. Thinking about going to bed though cause my tummy is growling. But I know I'm not hungry...I'm used to eating a late snack, and my body has come accustomed to it. Hey!! another victory for today!! Tomorrow is another day...and I'm looking forward to it. One thing I am noticing is that usually I go to bed with my tummy rolling, in knots, and feeling full and bloated. Not so tonight!!! Onto tomorrow!! Adding some arsenal to my Spiritual Toolbox tonight on wwhat the scriptures have to say about weightloss
