A little more lost! So glad to be losing again! I redid my RDI a little while ago and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of calories I could have and still lose - I have been following the new recommendations and wow, it works, I am losing. I love following calories because I do not have to restrict myself from anything, I can eat any food as long as I watch the amount. I try to watch the carbs but I admit I have a weakness for them. I have been eating a lot of Asian foods lately, a lot of spring rolls and soups. Today I had waffles and sugar free syrup - I hadn't had that in ages, it was delicious! So thankful for this community and for the tools this site has to offer.

It doesn't surprise me that I've gained. I've been eating all kinds of calories and not exercising this past week. I really need to get with it.

A little loss! I'll take it! So good to see the scale finally go down. I'm losing slow but I'm losing. Every day feels like that first doctor visit on My 600 Pound Life - the scales don't lie, people do. I can't wait to get to One der Land! Oh it's hard to lose in the Wintertime, when it's harder to go on walks, and all I want to do is eat starch. No excuses. Onward and downward!

I have lost 1 inch off of my bust, and 2 inches off of my hips. My favorite jeans are falling off of my hips. My darn belly won't budge, though, I haven't lost any off of it. I have a huge belly - it's not proportional at all, it looks like I am about 6 months pregnant. I have people ask me all the time when I'm due. My belly is 44". That's a lot of belly to lose. Even when I have had a lot less weight on me, my stomach has always been a stubborn problem. I haven't had a flat stomach since I was in high school. I really, really want to conquer this. I want the belly to melt. I know I may not end up a size 4 in a bikini, especially at almost 50 years old, but I really want to do something about it. I am definitely an apple, and the big belly is not good for my health, either. I am determined. It has got to go. I will make it go!
