So...I am on a mission to stay away from my beloved cheese. Ohhhh, how I LOVE cheese...the sharper the better. I have some sinus and eye issues...I'll spare the details. I had an inkling that dairy is a problem for me so I decided to do Atkins sans dairy this time. I decided to do a test and finished off a scrambled egg concoction my husband left in the fridge for lunch which just so happened to be smothered in cheddar. Low and behold within the hour my throat is scratchy, the front of my face felt like it was going to pop off and my "eye buddies" appear (floaters and a flashing out the left eye). I tried Atkins back around Christmas also...seen meager results. I ended up falling off the wagon through the holidays, anyhow, point is I didn't cut out dairy. I'm wondering if that wasn't holding me back. I will miss cheese but whatever...I've succesfully given up gluten and up until Atkins again here most starchy food (now it's all...lol) I can certainly give up dairy. That stuff is for baby cows anyways ;o) Who am I kidding...I am a sucker for cheese...I will be locking myself in my room and blasting power ballads. However, I can and will do it.

Doing good today! Food is going great! Kinda draggin though...trying to work up the ambition to get out there for a walk. Maybe in a little bit. I am going nonstop all day so part of me feels like I should just sit and chillax for a bit. We shall see what happens ;o)

8.75 inches lost ;o) This is loss is probably a large amount of fluid. I predict that future weigh ins won't be so dramatic ;o)

Got my workout in tonight!! Did an hour on the gazelle...babystepping up to something with more strength training. Heading on a better path into "Induction Eating"...babystepping my way into that to. I am a busy gal so I'm not going to burn myself out. It will work itself out if I stick ona forward path. Tonight as I was logging my food I actually had to go back and eat more because my calories were so low. I wasn't hungry though!! I'm easing into all of this and feel like I am getting there considering I don't have much time for prepping lately. I'm doin alright ;o)
