I did 5 workouts this week! 4 were cardio and only 1 weight workout. This week I'm going to try and do half and half. Still shooting for 5 workouts this week and I would like to run @ least 15 miles. I will run at least 15 miles.
We went grocery shopping today, so I think this will help me to eat better. This week I just really want to be focused and I'm sure I will see more results.
One day at a time....

Didn't run today, just walked with the pup and D. He is leaving tomorrow for 2 weeks so I will have plenty of time to go to the gym and workout. At the rate I'm going I have to workout Sat and Sun to get my 5 workouts in for this week. I haven't lifted @ all this week so I should probably do that tomorrow.
Oh yeah- I ate terrible today. We are going grocery shopping tomorrow, I think, so I should be able to get my eating back on track.
I need to take these next two weeks seriously and take advantage of D being gone and buckle down. After these two weeks I'll be in week 8, this is where the weight is supposed to start falling off...we shall see.

Went running yesterday and I feel pretty good about that. Ran with the pup, she did pretty good :) Got in about 2.29 miles and did my mile in 11:15. So far this week I have run about 8 miles and I still have 2 more workouts to go.
Oh!!!Yeah, i went to the Dr yesterday about my leg and he said that I pulled my quad muscle and that i should run for like 2 weeks... but the best part about the visit was my blood pressure. Usually both of my number are high or borderline, but yesterday it was 116/87. My top number had never been that low before and I think it is because of the working out. Yay! it seems like other things are going down, just not the scale, lol.

I have a better attitude these days. I am going to work out 5 days this week for the next two weeks. Monday and Tuesday I did cardio and did pretty well. Today I don't think that I will be able to get it in. I do need to lift this week though, but I guess with PT that will take place of lifting.
My mile yesterday was about 111:20ish, just gonna keep pushing with that.
