Flat lined this week. I have been following the plan, but not measuring. Next week I won't guess the points.

Really wanting to eat VOLUME today. I decided to have a substantial snack of of 2 cups warm mushroom and tomato with a few beans (for one point). Hope that does the trick. I am SO craving sweets today, but feel that having something like a chocolate at this point will cause a cascade of eating. I'm having a slightly sweet flavoured tea right now and hope that filling up will satisfy me.
I suspect this is all just about procastination eating as I have a task to do that I have avoided for 5 years ( re-cover a sofa cushion. And today is the day I am determined to do it so it is out of my life forever. It is only going to take 2-3 hours and yet it has pulled me down for so long.

Having a reasonable time keeping to my points target. Yesterday I really wanted to eat though, and did go over by a couple points. Thank heavens for the 35 optional points.
This newer WW Plan is definately better than the plan of 5-7 years ago. I believe it gives you the ability to lose weight a fair amount faster.
What I'm not really keen on is that I think I have proven (by my earlier in the year plateau) that my true maintenance daily points target is 20-22 points. I need to adjust to that idea.

Had an interesting challenge food wise this morning and am feeling good about the way that it has turned out. I ended up eating a serving of food that I didn't want ( because it was higher point than I wanted ) and instead of giving up for the day I counted the points and moved on.
