So, I haven't done much and i've not applied myself and so here i am with a gain of almost 1 lb and no loss.
My one year anniversary is in MAY and i'm no where near my goal. i got a trainer at the gym and have a schedule of working out 3 times a week. hopefully pairing that with a high fiber diet and following the blood type diet i will start to shed the little jiggle off.
wish me well, bc i desperately need it.

wow i havent logged in in a while and i haven't been all that strict with myself. last night i did really good. i wanted something small to eat and something sweet. hubby got the tripple play at chillies and i took like 4 pieces of eggrolls off his plate and ate about 1/8 of a piece of the white chocolate molten cake. it was good. small and just what i wanted. i didn't feel guilty at all. :) and when i was full....i stoped instead of HAVING to finish whats on my plate. today is a good day. i shall weigh in tomorrow. i forgot to do so....i was running really late this morning. :X

ok so i've finally broken the 150 mark. not by much but hey! some improvement IS improvement! :) but sheesh i've been doing so well and last night my hubby is like mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i wanna go to willies ice house and get fried jalapenos. ok i know i'm not supposed to have anything spicy, ESPECIALY jalapenos bc of my blood type.....but i LOVE THEM! so yes.........i was especially bad and had a portion and i loved it the whole time. hehehehehe but back to my soy and tofu today. i'm craving some oatmeal. yummy. maybe i'll make some today.

ok and i forgot to put in that i did a mile and a half (i wasted some of my lunch break.) today i will do all 3 miles!! and yes i'll try to keep it with my weights :-)
