OMG! wow i was horrible this weekend pizza AND chinese! :? well i guess all the sodium and dairy is making me pay! i did get to squeeze 3 miles in on sunday! WHOO HOO i'm doing another 3 when i get home from work....wish me well! oh! and i have increased my fruits to about 5 (between apples, oranges, some grapes and bananas) also....GREEN TEA is my best friend! :) lol i'm seriously contemplating going back to being a vegequarian (i believe that's how it's spelled - vegetarian that also eats seafood) bc i can live without the beef and chicken but salmon, cod, tilapia....i can't pass a little portion of that up. so wish me well...i'm going to try to convert back this week and just keep it up from now on. i had done it for a few years and then just got lazy and started feeding myself junk but after this weekend and feeling horribly boated with that nasty food i don't think i want to keep polluting myself with that even if it's just "occasionally."
so...VEGETARIAN I HAVE BECOME! :) yey i shall be old self again. and since i can't get my food entry thingy to work i guess i'll just log it here.
breakfast:
3/4 low fat triple berry muffin (starbucks) = 232.50
32 oz tazo green tea unsweetened (made at home) = 0
1 granny smith apple = 101
1/2 soft philly pretzel (brought from philly) = 90
Lunch:
1 small "chicken quesadilla" with mozerella chese and ezekiel bread tortillas = 350 (aprox)
Snack:
1 granny smith apple = 101
Dinner:
1/2 stuffed poblano pepper (hubby made it!) = 350 (i'm going on the high end)
1 venti green tea (starbucks) = 0
i had about 1,224 cals....not bad.

so far so good. i'm almost over the little stomach virus i think i caught at work. i stayed home yesterday and my hubby stayed home too and watched me like a hawk. every hour he was like finish that water and get another bottle. i'm starting to get bad at hydrating myself and so he was on to me about that and eating right. guess it worked bc today i feel great! he made me some green tea to drink bc i LOVE IT and that will help me through my sugar cravings. i don't know why but it does. and no worries, it's always unsweetened! :)

i can't really use the thing for the food on my diet calender for some reason it always gives me an error!! :(
but anyhow i had my fiber1 with 2% and some coffee for breakfast. i have some greens at home that i'm going to juice for lunch so i can do a little detox.
i'm .5lbs lighter today. i'm loosing steadily :) not by much but it's still going down and with the constant roll downhill on the scale it's giving me more will power to not eat sweets and just snack just to snack and instead drink some water. :) YEY!

well i did pretty good! ate well yesterday and woke up lighter. i have a feeling i'm catching the office flu which sucks but i'm sure some vitamin C coupled with going to bed early it won't affect me too much. let's just hope i don't get chained to the bathroom vomiting like the others here. :(
