Man O Man.. The frustration never ends. Get this - Wednesday night, I did 30 mins elliptical and an hour step class. Last night I did 30 mins Spin and an hour Step class. The sweat factor for both days was a 10 and my heart rate was right where it should be. I ate GREAT, did not have a single questionnable item. I ate fruit before I worked out and peanut butter afterwards just like my leader told me to. I weighed myself this morning and I am a pound heavier than on Tuesday? Please tell me this will even out. I mentally can not handle another gain at weigh in this week.

Boyfriend says I am becoming obsessed, which, i'll admit, I am. But how can anyone blame me? I am trying SO hard and feel like I am getting no where fast. I just don't get why this is so hard for me now. When I was 16 I lost 30lbs in 2 months on weight watchers. I have PCOS which hinders weight loss but I have been taking the medicine that is supposed to help me lose weight every single day twice a day.


I am trying hard to make myself think that its the effort not the number, but you cant help but get discouraged. It really sucks going to WW meetings and not being able to celebrate a little something.Especially after knowing you gave 110% for that week.

Bah. The good news is, when I feel like this it just makes me want to work out more. It makes me want to get my frustration out on the elliptical.

On a brighter note, my boyfriend is finishing my bicycle today!! I got a new beach cruiser (hand me down from a friend) and he re-painted it for me. (Its bright purple!) and I am SO EXCITED to go for a bike ride tonight!!! yay!

I am so sore!!! Last night I did 30 mins on the elliptical then an hour step class. I tried to keep a riser under my step but I just couldn't make it. I had to remove them after about 15mins. It is still just too much for me. Even though I took out the riser I still get a damn good workout. I sweat more at step class than i ever have in my life!

I weighed myself this morning and im still exactly the same. *()&#)*($#! You dont know how bad I want to lose weight this week!!! Tonight is another hour step class and then a 1/2 spin class followed by 1/2hour sculpting. Friday I am going to work out too before I do anythign - so hopefully, HOPEFULLY HOPEFULLY, I will lose some weight. Even just a little bit!!! I'd be pleased if I lose back my .8lb gain last week.

BAH. This whole thing has been really upsetting me. Brought me to tears last night. It really sucks feeling defeated but I am not a quitter so I am just going to keep on going.. Atleast my heart is getting healthy.
