hi everyone! hope everyone is coming along well with their healthy lifestyles. I haven't checked in lately because my food has been all over the place because I walk a lot all day long to catch a bus. But today I have done much better.
breakfast : smoothie with frozen fruit bananas, peaches, raw oatmeal, light Greek vanilla yogurt, and peanut butter and a little bit of water.
lunch : tuna mixed with light mayo and onion on one piece of wheat bread
snack : omega 3 mix
dinner : lemon pepper boneless skinless chicken breast and Brussel sprouts
lots of water
worked out yesterday at the gym free weights with my arms. 10 min warm up cardio. I plan to go tomorrow and just get my feet wet with cardio.
I weigh 198. I am determined. Sipping on some delicious lemon ginger tea .

good morning. It's 3:58 am. and the start of a new day for me. Right now I am sipping on some orange pekoe tea. I weighed myself this morning and I am at 198.6. That's before drinking any fluids or eating anything. I see the Dr. today just for an intake appointment. I will log what my weight is there at the doctor's office. here is my eating plan for the day.
breakfast: smoothie with grape juice, frozen berries, light vanilla Greek yogurt, and raw oatmeal.
morning snack: omega 3 mix
lunch: salad with ranch
afternoon snack: apple
dinner: chicken fritter and frozen vegetables
exercise: walking. Cleaning my apartment.

Okay today is a new day! Let me write down my eating plan first.
breakfast: kashi cereal with non fat milk
morning snack: omega 3 mix
lunch: apple
snack: kind bar
dinner: chicken fritter with vegetables on the side.
evening snack: orange
Well I didn't stick to my diet again because I was out and about town all afternoon. I ate a smoothie for breakfast instead.
breakfast : smoothie with frozen bananas and peaches and Greek vanilla yogurt some raw oatmeal and some peanut butter.
came home:
vegetable plate microwaved: cauliflower and broccoli and carrots with little bit of cheese
later: tortilla with light mayo and tomatoes.
even later: 1/2 cinnamon raisen bagel with cream cheese
I had to base my diet on the fact that I will be running around again today. If I get home for lunch then I will have a delicious salad with ranch dressing this time. I know, I know. The ranch dressing is fattening. I am just using it until I come up with my own recipe. Who doesn't love ranch. LOL.I will post a picture soon. A selfie. I don't like pictures of me but who does when they are overweight. right? I am going to LA fitness today to see about a membership. Wish me luck. God bless. L, g.
Got a gym membership today and my training session is next Monday at 10 am . I plan on doing weight training and cardio. .... here goes again in my life.

my eating for today consists of :::::
egg and toast for breakfast
apple for snack
salad with cilantro avocado yogurt dressing
orange for snack
dinner chicken fritter with mixed vegetables
snack apple
no eating after 7pm drink lots of water or tea. Do stretches. Off a day for exercise. Sunday is my funday!!!!! Love, greenbikini,
well I did not keep to this diet today. I was running around town after eating only an egg and toast for breakfast. So I got home around 3pm. I ate a Chicken margarita that was a cold dinner that I heated in the microwave. I think it was either healthy choice or lean cuisine. Then I was still hungry so I ate my salad I spoke of. Then a little later I ate some vegetables that were frozen that I heated up with a little cheese that came on them. Then as a late night snack I had a tortilla with I cannot believe it's not butter spray. So it sounds like I pigged out doesn't it? I need to be better and take one of my omega 3 snacks with me when I am out running around. I didn't do my stretches. I was so incredibly tired. So basically I blew it yesterday. Today is a new day!

well here I go again in a new environment and toward a new me. I can join a gym after May 1st 2017 where I plan to do weight training and cardio. I quit smoking on April 14 2017 and I did notice that I have been eating more even though it's healthy food none the less. I need to stop doing that if I want to lose weight. I haven't gained any because I do a lot of walking around town to take the bus etc. Today I will wear my fitbit. I feel horrible at this weight 201! I especially notice when people take pictures of me. Heck I notice it all the way around.
Here is my eating plan for today:
breakfast: Kashi cereal with n/f milk
snack: apple
lunch: Salad with red wine and olive oil dressing
snack: omega 3 mix
dinner: flour tortilla with light mayo and tomatoes salt and pepper
snack: apple
well folks it is 7:49 pm and I did not keep with the apple as my last snack. I ate a piece of string cheese and a handful of almonds. I stuck to everything else on my eating plan for the day. Love, greenbikini.
No eating after 6:30 pm except for the apple.
Drink lots of water.
Oh ps: I have diabetes type 2. I know I can eat even better than this and I am planning to slowly work into a new diet plan. The dressing for my salad could be better. And I could do without the tortilla and mayo. But I will see where this goes.
